Writing a song for Newtown

I'm working on a song for the people of Newtown. It's been 6 months and I hope to have it completed by this December. I still think about what happened on December 14, 2012. The shooting in Newtown. The world will not be the same. Little children - killed. Life that ended so abruptly. Teachers who acted as heroes. And guns. It's been 6 months and the world has seen more gun violence. More killing that just doesn't make sense. My heart goes out to Newtown and that's why I'm writing this song. I pray for all those kids, parents, teachers, friends, and loved ones who were deeply affected on that day.
